How to use?

When using for the first time, we recommend diluting a tablespoon (15ml) of the concentrated drink with water to a pleasant sourness and drinking it during or after a meal. The usual optimal daily rate is 45-50ml. This amount is consumed by dividing it so that it is enough with each meal. With constant use, everyone finds the most acceptable amount of the drink for themselves.
It is necessary to remember that this is not a simple drink, so do not increase it.
It is also possible to acidify and enrich various dishes with life with the undiluted product (vegetables, salads, porridges, soups, vegetable stews, fruit desserts), add it to juices or other non-alcoholic drinks.
